Valley Network Solutions (VNS™) of Fresno, Ca. provides warranty and post-warranty computer repair, and printer/plotter/MFP repair services that are fast, reliable, and affordable to our customers in the Fresno, Clovis, Visalia, Oakhurst, Madera and Hanford markets. VNS™ is a fully-authorized service provider for HP, Xerox, Lexmark, Canon, Brother, Okidata, Konica-Minolta, Samsung, Compaq, and Dell CASP Solution Partner.
We believe that we must service what we sell (and we also are happy to provide services for products that customers have purchased elsewhere). To that end, VNS has consistently reinvested to become the leading warranty and post-warranty service provider for our customers here in the Central San Joaquin Valley. VNS provides in-house and on-site service for printers, plotters, MFPs, laptops, desktops and servers throughout Central California. We offer quality service, delivered by friendly, professional staff, and quick turn-around times to keep your business up and running. We can also provide support contracts to give you peace of mind knowing that if you ever encounter a problem, help is just a phone call away. VNS offers our customers the kind of full-service solution that we would want if we were a customer that we have made, and continue to make the investments in training and certification to maintain our warranty service provider status with several of our largest partners.
VNS is a fully authorized sales and warranty service center for HP/Compaq, Xerox, Brother, Konica-Minolta, Canon, Okidata, Lexmark, Samsung, and Dell CASP Solution Partner. Out of warranty service is provided for Acer, Apple, Epson, E-Machines, Gateway, clone/whitebox, IBM, Intermec, Lenovo, Printronix, Sony and Zebra products.
Items We Typically Repair and Service
VNS provides repair services and computer repair, for: hard drives, processors, printers, laser printers, plotters, ink jet printers, MFP printers, scanners, fax machines, desktop PCs, tower and minitower PCs, servers, laptops and notebook PCs, defective memory, motherboards, power supplies, fans, AC adapters and other power adapters, etc.
This is the most cost-effective, and quickest turnaround solution for our customers, and enables us to solve customer problems as quickly as possible because we have all of our support resources on hand and readily available. If you are able to bring your equipment to our offices, it's always preferable over field-based services. Our offices are conveniently located in North Fresno (click here for directions).
Some customers may require on-site services, or have on-site warranty coverage. If you're not sure, please call or email us (below) and we can help determine if your particular product is covered by an on-site warranty. Should you elect to have services rendered on-site, instead of dropping the product off at our offices, we can provide service on-site as well. Our field service rates are a bit higher than our shop rates, due to the travel costs, and while we're happy to provide service at your location, it's recommended that services be performed in our shop, since field visits often result in multiple billable service charges - ie: an initial diagnostic visit, and then a return visit to perform the repairs.
Phone Support and Pre-Service Diagnostics
Have you encountered this before? Your printer is out of warranty and has a problem, so you call the place where you bought it. After sitting on hold, they tell you to call the manufacturer. After researching to find the number, you call them, only to be told there is a charge for service. And once you get through, you end up speaking to someone you can't even understand! At VNS, we will do our best to give you the information you need right over the phone at no cost to you, provided by friendly, knowledgeable and local service professionals.
VNS can normally recover deleted files on drives without physical defects, if you have requested services soon after the data has been lost. However, in the event that the data on your hard disk is not recoverable due to physical defects, such as a crashed head, etc., VNS can still help. Through our partnership with DriveSavers, VNS can provide clean room services to recover data that appears to be physically inaccessible. We can also provide data forensics, electronic discovery services for hard drive data that appears to be lost forever. And by working through VNS, we can extend discounted pricing to you that will be less expensive than contacting a data recovery firm directly.
