FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE VNS Expands Management TeamGandy and Roberts To Enhance VNS TeamFresno, CA, December 15, 2000 -- Valley Network Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of two new members, John Gandy and Dave Roberts, to its growing management staff. John Gandy has been named Vice President of Operations and Construction Technology. Gandy will act as a liaison between the construction and technology industries, especially within the school districts, as well as overseeing daily management of the business. In addition, Gandy will help educate local contractors about the technical complexity of data networks. Gandy's previous experience includes serving as the Operations Manager for the Fresno County Schools district since 1994, in which he was responsible for locating and securing funding sources for new school construction and was the project manager for school technology projects. Gandy graduated from the University of Phoenix in July 1999 and holds a Class B general contractors license. Dave Roberts has been promoted to Client Services Manager. In his new role, Dave will be managing the technical team, as well as being the primary interface with customers for service issues. Roberts, a MCSE and CCNA, has been working in the computer field since 1985, and for nine years served on the management team for the largest Apple Computer dealer in the San Joaquin Valley- Online Connecting Point. He also taught Networking Essentials, Cisco Routers and Internetworking Projects for Silicon Valley College in San Jose, California. Roberts, who joined VNS in May 2000, holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Kensington University in Glendale, CA.
