Valley Network Solutions Acquires Client Base of RepairNet

Fresno, CA, March 01, 2000 -- Valley Network Solutions is proud to announce that they have acquired the customer base of network consulting firm RepairNet, Inc. In a move positioned to help RepairNet focus resources on their successful national software release, Valley Network Solutions will begin providing their services to customers of RepairNet, effective March 6, 2000.

RepairNet President Don VonderBurg believes Valley Network Solutions will provide a smooth transition and exceptional service for RepairNet's customers. "We feel confident in their work and believe they will be able to provide our existing client base with the high level of service they've come to expect from us." VonderBurg went on to say, "if we didn't trust these folks, we wouldn't have entrusted our entire hardware and software business to them."

Valley Network Solutions will be providing RepairNet customers with the high level of service they are accustomed to receiving, with the additional benefit of a larger staff and expanded product line. The Company provides Central California businesses with a well-trained, extremely experienced local resource for computer network sales, service, support and integration not normally found outside of Silicon Valley.
