How do I receive product licenses?

You will receive a paper copy of your Open License Agreement, or it can be delivered electronically via the Microsoft Open License Web site. Your License Agreement will have a unique License Authorization Number and gives you the right to reproduce and use copies of Microsoft software as specified in the Agreement.

How can I tell if it’s a genuine licensed Microsoft product?

You can access replacement and supplemental media from Microsoft World Wide Fulfillment with your Open Authorization number.
