Overview:

Do you ever wish you could talk directly with leading vendors to help you find cost-effective solutions to security, automated client deployments and management, and lower cost of ownership and ease of management...and do it without the hassle of a drive all the way up to the Bay Area?

Well, now you can. VNS, in partnership with HP is bringing the Executive Forum Series to Fresno. Each event will feature business and technical representatives from HP and two other major manufacturers that VNS partners with, in a relaxed, local event.

The VNS Executive Forum Series is a quarterly seminar designed to educate senior-level executives on evolving technology solutions, as well as to provide an opportunity to engage key representatives (business and technical) from VNS partners in a relaxed environment with their executive peers. The target audience is the business decision-maker – CEO, CIO, IT Director and VP level executives.

These events are small by design, providing an intimate, up-close opportunity to speak directly with vendor reps from leading computer hardware and software manufacturers.

Objectives:

	Define the benefits of Internet Protocol Based Solutions through the convergence of voice, video and data over a single LAN.
	Introduce this next generation of IP-based communications platforms and their impact on integration, migration from and/or the (symbiotic) utilization of the existing PBX or Traditional Telephone System.
	Describe the ease of migration from the traditional telephone system to Voice over IP and what this means to the "bottom line".
	Powering the next generation data center and IP components. Clearly defining the modern Data Center's adaptability, scalability and management. Demonstrate its cost effectiveness, positive cost of ownership with a demonstrable ROI.

	Brief introduction - what is an IP based solution? Brief overview of the uses to which the LAN is being put and why.
	Mitel - IP-Based solutions, i.e. voice, video & data communications platforms, leveraging the value of the existing communications platform through an integrated, hybrid migration approach.

	APC - Defining the next generation power center. Powering the IP-Based solutions components in an expandable and cost effective manner.
	Short Break
	HP - server-based solutions supporting the Mitel voice infrastructure.
	Q&A / Conclusion – Door prize giveways
