Our basic service rates are as follows.  An Adobe Acrobat copy of our service rates is also available HERE for your convenience.

Network Technical Consulting $125/hour, discounts available for 10 or more hours.  Availability is on a best-effort basis (service scheduling is prioritized for our NetCare™ customers), but we can normally accommodate requests for specific arrival times, and specific technicians.  To request immediate service, please contact service@vns.net.
Phone and Email Support $60 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments.  To request service, simply send email to service@vns.net or call us at (559) 650-2600, Option 1.
CAT 5/5e/3 Cable and Fiber Optic Installation Pricing is custom, based on requirements of each job.  Average pricing is $90-120 per faceplate, depending on requirements.  For a custom proposal, please contact sales@vns.net.

After-Hours Services

$200/hour with a 2-4 hour response time.
Emergency Services Charged per-incident on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum at prevailing hourly rate (normally $125/hour, but this rate will be lower for our NetCare™ clients). 
One hour response time, billed in 1-hour increments.

Full Day Rate

Varies.  Available only under pre-negotiated contracts.

Travel & Mileage

• Professional SE and IT services: billed at applicable hourly rate, after 30 minutes, each way.

• Repair and Warranty Services: billed at $50/hour, in quarter-hour increments, portal:portal.

In-Shop Repair of Non-Warranty Items $85 per hour, 1 hour minimum.
Field Repair of Non-Warranty Items $90 per hour, 1 hour minimum, plus applicable travel (see above).
Warranty Services No charge to customer.  VNS is an authorized warranty service provider for most major manufacturers.  If customer is not covered under warranty for on-site services, customer will be required to pay for services, but not parts, or can bring the equipment into our shop for services.
NetCare™  Managed Services Contracts Our NetCare™ Managed Services contracts are based on custom pricing, based on the size of your network, and your service needs.  If you're interested in a proactive network management approach, and want to end the "firefighting" approach, please contact sales@vns.net to inquire about a NetCare™ contract, and leave the worrying to us.
