Technical Consulting
$125/hour,
discounts available for 10 or more hours. Availability is on a
best-effort basis, but we can normally accommodate requests for specific
arrival times, and specific technicians. To request immediate service,

$200/hour
with a 2-4 hour response time.
Emergency
Services
Charged
per-incident on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum at prevailing
hourly rate (normally $125/hour). One hour response time, billed in
1-hour increments.

Travel & Mileage
Billed at applicable hourly rate, after 30 minutes, one-way.

Warranty
Services
No charge to
customer. VNS is an authorized Compaq/HP, Xerox/Tektronix and IBM
service provider. If customer is not covered under warranty for
on-site services, customer will be required to pay for services, but not
parts.

Managed Services contracts are based on custom pricing, based on the size of
your network, and your service needs. If you're interested in a
